biotechnology, industrial, consumer
products and private equity (PE)

strategies to avoid greenwashing. As a
behavioral psychologist whose field of
research and study is impression
management, Perri is adept at framing

businesses. Perri is an innovator and

innovation. Previously, Perri led
corporate marketing, communications
and ESG positioning efforts for
industrial technology giants,
Ingersoll Rand, Trane Technologies and
American Standard, and consulted prior
with B2B and B2C blue chip public
companies. She led change, financial
and brand communications for 100+
M&A transactions and integrations,
and commercialized 300+ technology and
service innovations, and award-winning
ESG work. Perri invests,
advises and serves on the Boards of
women, minority-owned and social
impact growth companies and
participates on non-profit Boards
centered on entrepreneurship and
economic development including
Accendus, Empower the Village and the
Center for Urban Entrepreneurship and
Economic Development. She advises
pharmaceutical and biotechnology
companies on their ESG journeys, and
also serves as the fund administrator
for the Black and Latino Investment
