During his time at the University of Toronto, Ramy has been involved in conducting cutting-edge research in the field, with a focus on developing new technologies and pharmacological interventions to improve healthcare outcomes. He is passionate about using his skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the medical field and is dedicated to advancing the field through his ongoing research and contributions.

Orin Davis earned the first doctorate in positive psychology, and is a self-actualization engineer who enables people to do and be their best. He consults for companies from startups to multinationals on hiring strategies, culture, innovation, diversity/equity/inclusion, and employee well-being, and coaches people at all levels on building self-knowledge and developing personal and professional growth trajectories. As the principal investigator of the Quality of Life Laboratory, he conducts research on flow, creativity, hypnosis, and mentoring. Dr. Davis teaches business at Columbia University and Fordham University, and gives workshops and lectures globally about human capital, creativity and innovation, and positive psychology. He is a startup advisor who helps early-stage companies enhance their value propositions, pitches, culture, and human capital, and writes and speaks avidly about human capital, creativity and innovation, and positive psychology.

Dr. Savannah Lokey is a clinician-scientist with a passion for research and helping others. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2015, followed by a Master of Arts in Psychology in 2017 and Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology in 2023 from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Lokey has gained valuable experience in the field of clinical psychology and social neuroscience through various positions. She served as an Intramural Research Training Fellow (IRTA) at the National Institute of Mental Health, where she conducted research on how a rare genetic disorder (Moebius Syndrome) affects emotion processing and underlying neurocircuitry. She also worked as a Research Associate at Rush University Medical Center, where she focused on the social neuroscience of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. She uses many techniques in her research, including fMRI, ecological momentary assessment (EMA), survey research, and passive smartphone sensor data. In addition to her research experience, Dr. Lokey has also received clinical training in various settings. She completed a predoctoral internship in the Major Mental Illness track at the University of California Los Angeles, where she provided psychotherapy and assessment services to individuals with severe mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.). She has deep knowledge about evidence-based interventions and principles of behavioral change, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CBT), trauma therapy, exposure therapy, cognitive remediation, and social skills training. Dr. Lokey is dedicated to using her knowledge and skills to improve the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues. She is committed to expanding research on these conditions and developing and testing new treatment approaches in the field of psychology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Everson A Nunes is a highly accomplished researcher and educator in the field of physiological sciences. He received his Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology with a focus on Physiological Sciences from Universidade Federal do Paraná in 2009, after completing a BSc in Human Nutrition and an MSc in Physiological Sciences. He also holds a specialization in Exercise Physiology and a BSc in Biological Sciences from Universidade Federal do Paraná. Dr. Nunes has a strong background in research, having completed two post-doctoral fellowships at McMaster University and Universidade Federal do Paraná. He has also held positions as an associate professor and assistant professor at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, and his research focuses on the effects of exercise and nutrition on physiological processes in the human body. In addition to his research, Dr. Nunes is also a dedicated educator. He has taught at various universities in Brazil, including Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Universidade Gama Filho, Faculdades Integradas Espírita, Pontificia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and Faculdade do Litoral Sul. He is known for his dynamic teaching style and his ability to engage students in complex physiological concepts. Dr. Nunes is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society for Nutrition, the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, the Canadian Nutrition Society and the Brazilian Society of Physiology. Laura Giurge is an organizational scholar and behavioral scientist. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor of Behavioral Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She earned a Ph.D. in Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and two cum laude master’s degrees in economics and business and in human resources management from the University of Groningen. Prior to joining LSE, Dr. Giurge was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Cornell University and at London Business School, as well as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Business School. Her research seeks to make work better and enable all individuals to thrive and achieve their potential. <br> Giurge’s research has been published in top journals such as Organizational Behavioral and Human Decision Processes, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Nature Human Behavior, and The Leadership Quarterly. She also publishes popular press articles in outlets such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal. In 2020, one of her papers received the Best Paper Award at the Academy of Management. At LSE, Dr. Giurge is part of the teaching team for the Executive MSc in Behavioral Science. At LBS, she connects with MBA and Executive MBAs in teaching elective courses on negotiations, well-being, productivity, and the future of work. Dr. Giurge regularly engages in corporate consulting and executive coaching and serve as an academic partner and advisor. Iqram Hussain works at the Department of Anesthesiology, Weill Cornell Medicine, Cornell University, NY, USA. Earlier, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Medical Research Center, Department of Biomedical Engineering, Seoul National University. He pursued a Ph.D. degree in Medical Physics from the University of Science and Technology (UST), South Korea. He worked as a Research Associate with the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS), Daejeon, South Korea. He worked on the Knowledgebase Super Brain (KSB) project at the Electronics and Telecommunication Research Institute (ETRI), Daejeon. He received a B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from the Khulna University of Engineering & Technology, Bangladesh, in 2007. He has ten years of work experience in power plant operation and maintenance and power plant project management. His research interests include wearable sleep monitoring, neuroscience, medical physics, human factors, and ergonomics. He has experience in healthcare research, project management, power plant operation, and maintenance.
