Dr. Eggler has 20 years of experience in the field of redox biology, with a focus on the Nrf2 transcription factor, a master regulator of antioxidant, detoxification and anti-inflammatory genes. She is also an award-winning educator and the recipient of the Villanova University Junior Faculty Excellence in Teaching award. About
T. Osswald is Hoeganaes Professor of Materials at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he has been a faculty member since 1989. Osswald received the PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1987, the MS in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1982, and the BS in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1981. Before joining the UW-Madison faculty, Osswald was a Humboldt Fellow at the Rheinisch Westfalische Technische Hochschule Aachen. Osswald’s research interests are in the areas of processing-structure-property relationships for metals and composites, with a focus on powder metallurgy and metal injection molding. His research has been supported by the National Science Foundation, the Department of Energy, the US Army Research Office, and industry. Osswald is a Fellow of ASM International and the American Academy of Mechanics, and he has received the Extrusion Division Award, the Powder Metallurgy Division Award, and the Distinguished Teaching Award from TMS.

Jeffrey Townsend is a Professor of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology at Yale University. He received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 2002 and his Sc.B. from Brown University in 1994. Jim Samuel is an Associate Professor of Practice and Executive Director of the Informatics Program at the Bloustein School. He is an information and artificial intelligence (AI) scientist, with significant industry experience in finance, technology, entrepreneurship and data analytics. Dr. Samuel’s primary research covers human intelligence and artificial intelligences interaction and information philosophy.  Dr. Samuel’s applied research focuses on the optimal use of big data and smart data driven AI applications, textual analytics, natural language processing and artificially intelligent public opinion informatics. His expertise extends to socioeconomic implications of AI, applied machine learning, social media analytics, AI education and AI bias. Michael Hickner is an accomplished researcher and educator with an extensive background in chemical engineering. He received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2003. For the past 15 years, Hickner has been a Rogerson Endowed Professor at Michigan State University, where he has conducted highly acclaimed research in the areas of sustainable energy technologies and nanomanufacturing. Previous to this appointment, Hickner was a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, where he conducted post-doctoral research in the fields of materials science, nanotechnology, and catalysis. Given his diverse skill set and supportive leadership style, Michigan State students look to Hickner to provide them with the guidance, mentorship, and educational tools necessary to excel in the field of chemical engineering.

My name is Ali Aslan Gümüsay. I work within the fields of **Organization Theory**, **Entrepreneurship**, **Business Ethics** and **Leadership**, am Head of the Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Society Research Group at the Humboldt Institute for Internet & Society and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hamburg. Currently, I am a Visiting Research Fellow at Judge Business School, Visiting Associate at Hughes Hall, and Visiting Scholar at the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence, University of Cambridge. Before, I was a DAAD PRIME Fellow, Lecturer at Magdalen College, and a DPhil Candidate at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. At the heart of my research are concerns around **Organizing in & for Society**. It is guided by four questions: 1. How do values and meaning shape organizations and how are they managed? 2. How do new forms of organizing impact and deal with societal Grand Challenges? 3. Early career academic at University of Pennsylvania in Electrical and Systems Engineering department. I am a device and materials engineer with extensive experience in semiconductor fabrication, processing and characterization. My primary interests lie in exploring novel materials for applications in electronic and photonic devices as well as in energy harvesting applications. I am equally interested in studying fundamental physical and quantum phenomena in matter under confined environments and exploiting them for useful technology. Dr. John Ormerod graduated from the University of Manchester, UK with a BSc, MSc and PhD in Metallurgy in 1975, 1976 and 1978 respectively. He has over forty years of research, product development, and manufacturing experience in the area of permanent magnets and magnetic materials. He has published and presented numerous papers in the field of magnetic materials. He has spent time in Europe working for Phillips and in the USA working for SPS Technologies (Arnold Engineering) in their magnetic materials businesses. In 2002 John was named President of Res Manufacturing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Res is a manufacturer of stamped metal components, assemblies and value added services serving diversified industries. They are a major supplier of components and assemblies to Tesla Motors for their Model S and future Model X electric vehicle platforms. He provided expert testimony on issues of invalidity during the recent rare earth magnet ITC investigation No. 337-TA-855 and is currently a technical consultant evaluating prior art for the Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Industry Alliance. In 2015 John founded JOC LLC a consultancy specializing in the magnetics and metals-related industries. He serves on the Advisory Board of Bunting Magnetics Company and is Senior Technology Advisor to Magnet Applications Inc.
