Dr. Everson A Nunes is a highly accomplished researcher and educator in the field of physiological sciences. Jeffrey Townsend is a Professor of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology at Yale University. He received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 2002 and his Sc.B. from Brown University in 1994. He has been a teacher at St. Ann's School and an Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut. He is currently the Elihu Professor of Biostatistics at Yale University.

Dr. Brittan S. Scales is a highly educated and experienced microbiologist and immunologist with a passion for infectious diseases and public health. Most recently, Dr. Scales worked as a Ph.D. Production Expert at ScaleAI, where she utilized her expertise in coding, math, and science to develop software solutions for various industries. She also continues to conduct research and publish papers in the fields of microbiology and immunology. Dr. Scales is dedicated to using her knowledge and skills to contribute to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and promote public health. Connor Duffy is a 5th year PhD student in Genetics at Stanford, where he is using CRISPR screens in stem cell-derived brain organoids to study the genetic architecture of Alzheimer's disease risk. Connor graduated from MIT with a degree in Computer Science and Molecular Biology, where he played piano in the Chamber Music Society, served as president of the Debate Team, and created Science Olympiad at MIT, an organization that runs science tournaments for high school students. After college and before starting his PhD, he co-founded Reverie Labs, a machine learning-driven biotech company backed by Y Combinator, and was also a Data Insights Engineer at Flatiron Health.

Elizabeth Groff is a professor of Geography and Criminology at Temple University. She holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Maryland, College Park (2006), and MA degrees in both Geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1994) and Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland, College Park (2005). Her expertise combines detailed analysis of physical landscapes, geographical research, geographic information systems analysis, and popular culture. Her research interests include urban security and crime mapping, the social and economic aspects of urban development, the socio-political dynamics of aging and changing metropolitan regions, and the intersections of race, gender, and place. Patrick Sharkey is a professor of sociology at Princeton University. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology and Social Policy from Harvard University in 2007. His research focuses on issues of urban poverty and inequality, racial stratification, and violence. As a journalist he has written extensively on inequity and the roots of racial disparities in the American city. He is the recipient of numerous academic awards, including the National Science Foundation's CAREER Award, the J.S. Guggenheim Fellowship, and the William Julius Wilson Award for Distinguished Scholarship in Urban and Inequality. His first book, Stuck in Place: Urban Neighborhoods and the End of Progress Toward Racial Equality, won the Robert E. Park Book Award for the best book in urban sociology. He has also served as an advisor to policymakers, foundation leaders, and community organizers across the United States.
